Delete your Crownfall account

You may request deletion of your Crownfall account and associated personal information. Crownfall is currently in development, so deletion requests are handled securely by our support team.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@kyvarr.com from the email address connected to your Crownfall account.
2. Use the subject line Crownfall account deletion request.
3. Include your commander name and private Crownfall ID. Do not include your password or authentication codes.
4. Complete any reasonable identity verification we request to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify ownership and explain what will be deleted. Account access, gameplay progress, profiles and eligible personal information will be removed or anonymised. Deletion is permanent once completed.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or enforcement purposes. Any retained information will be restricted and kept only for the necessary period.
