This site is operated by KYVARR LTD, trading publicly as Kyvarr Studios. Crownfall is still in development, and descriptions of its features may change.

Permitted use

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively or misrepresent your relationship with Crownfall or KYVARR LTD.

Intellectual property

Crownfall names, original text, visual identity, software and other original materials are owned by KYVARR LTD or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to view this website.

Features and release plans

Roadmaps, images, descriptions and release expectations are illustrative. They do not create a promise that a specific feature or release date will be delivered.

External services

This site links to third-party services, including Google Play and Discord. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

Purchases and refunds

Gold packs and other items bought on this site are digital content delivered to your Crownfall account immediately. By completing a purchase you agree that delivery starts at once and that your right to cancel within 14 days is waived once the gold or item has been credited. If a purchase did not arrive, arrived wrong, or was charged twice, write to support@kyvarr.com within 14 days and we will put it right or refund it. Payments on this site are processed by our payment provider, which appears on your statement and handles refunds with us.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is supplied on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
