These are interim website terms for Crownfall’s pre-release information site. Full game terms will be published before players are admitted to testing.

About this website

This site is operated by KYVARR LTD, trading publicly as Kyvarr Studios. Crownfall is currently in development, and descriptions of planned features may change.

Permitted use

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively or misrepresent your relationship with Crownfall or KYVARR LTD.

Intellectual property

Crownfall names, original text, visual identity, software and other original materials are owned by KYVARR LTD or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to view this website.

Pre-release information

Roadmaps, images, descriptions and release expectations are illustrative. They do not create a promise that a specific feature or release date will be delivered.

External services

This site may eventually link to trusted third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is supplied on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
